The level of data access we'll need will vary depending on the nature of our engagement. It will also depend on what tooling you already have in place.
We will never request access to customer information. We'll also never ask for Editor or Admin access to your eCommerce or analytics platforms (unless you purchase an implementation add-on).
In most cases, we'll need access to the data in your web analytics platform (Google Analytics, Heap, Mixpanel, June), heatmaps, A/B tests, email capture rate, and anything else related to conversion (e.g. Privy, referral or loyalty metrics, etc.).
What if I don't capture any site analytics yet? Can I still get a Flourish roadmap?
Of course! There are a ton of areas for improvement that don't require prior knowledge of site performance or conversion rates. However, it's important you set up analytics so you can run experiments and track improvements over time. We'll help you get started with basic analytics so you have a baseline for performance.
